The winter season started off at Claybury with mixed success at the xc races.
TYLER SAMUELS made a great start with a fine 8th place in the u12 boys race and then the u14 girls came good with a magnificent 1-2 finish with ALICE CLEMENTS always maintaining a 10 yard gap throughout to take the win with AVA SAMUELS in 2nd place well ahead of the 3rd place runner. Our 3rd runner LAILA RANIWALA was running brilliantly in the top half of the field when she picked up a nasty knee injury on the hard surface during the last of two laps which forced her to stop.
In the M18 race AMOR ZAYANA had a solid run for 15th place and JACK BUSH similarly placed 25th to complete the team effort.
