Bianca Williams ran a superb 3rd leg in the Womens 4x100m to finish in Silver medal position behind the Dutch girls in 42.45s with Asha Philip , Dina Asher-Smith and Daryll Neita .
Delano Williams took over from Rabah Yousef with a narrow lead and he extended this lead by several metres to hand over to Jack Green at the halfway stage . Matthew Hudson-Smith anchored the team in a nailbiting finish to take the Bronze medal position with a time of 3m 01.44s .
